A Word from the President of ETSC

A WORD FROM OUR NEW PRESIDENT

Rev. Dr. Samuel Rozfy

Dear friends of ETSC,

Greetings in the Name of our Lord!

I have had the honor of leading the ETSC since last July. This jewel of the theological and educational community in Egypt is known for its contribution to education, preaching, evangelism, church planting, and development. The alumni have served not only in Egypt but also in countries around the world.

It’s my pleasure to welcome you. I hope that this Website will serve as a guide to the highly distinguished educational programs offered at ETSC.

Our programs align fully with what the pastors, leaders, and participants wait for. ETSC is a community founded on love, faithfulness, self-control, and purity. We seek to prepare leaders and ministers to carry the message of hope and love to all people so that they can be qualified to serve the church and society.

ETSC promotes an awareness of Egyptian-Arab culture and Christian history. We encourage inquiry, creativity, and understanding of the biblical scriptures under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. We support studying not just Arabic but also Greek, Hebrew, and English. We consider modern sciences, research, and their interrelationships. Also, we enhance the development of contemporary technology skills and ministry skills like management, communication, leadership, and preaching.

Our faith in God allows our seminary to face the upcoming years with tremendous confidence despite the undeniable challenges. We praise God for leading the seminary through its 162-year history, protecting it, and providing for its necessities.  Thus, while we work to equip leaders and ministers to share God’s message with everyone, we look ahead to the future with hope, trusting that God will continue to support us in upholding the integrity and purity of the truth taught here.  God be glorified in everything.

Thank you for visiting this website, and I hope you’ll find it beneficial and informative.

May God unite us in a common participation in service to the Kingdom!

Grace and peace,

Rev. Dr. Samuel Rozfy, President
